One of Greece’s most popular chefs, Akis Petretzikis, has a huge international following outside Greece, thanks in large part to his fresh look and fresh approach to cooking.
His Instagram is one of the largest in Greece with more than one million followers — roughly 10% of the country’s population.
Petretzikis got his start on the popular Greek TV show Master Chef where chefs cook for a panel of judges who are established in the food industry.
He won the show in 2010 and has since become one of Greece’s most beloved culinary stars.
