It is true that most kids learn Greek because of some special people who speak the language. In most cases these special people are grandparents, “pappous” and “yiayia”, cousins, aunties and uncles. Greek language helps families to remain close and family matters a lot for ALL Greeks.
This year Greek Lessons OnLine decided to spark our little Greek learners’ motivation even more with a new Greek Summer Camp the summer of 2018. The Summer Camp is a great way for children to learn Greek and have fun.
The program aims to develop kids’ Greek language speaking skills and boost their confidence when speaking Greek with other children from Greece or with kids of similar background.
The program offers a full program of social, sporting and cultural activities and games. With Greek language classes in the mornings and a wide choice of activities in the afternoons the kids will have the chance to practice what they have learned in the classroom with native speakers.
From day one kids will be surrounded by the language while the necessity to use the language in order to communicate will improve their skills and boost their confidence in the language.
