Greece is the new poster child for anti-Obama groups
If it wasn't bad enough that the entire European media establishment has turned on Greece, now, various anti-Obama groups and political action committees are starting to use the tiny nation as a sounding board for their opposition to Barack Obama.
It's important to note that none of these efforts are coming from the organized Republican party, nor are any of these efforts even sanctioned by the party.
Incidentally, the head of the Republican National Committee and one the nation's most powerful Republican is Reince Priebus, a Greek American.
Billboards demonizing Greece are starting to pop up along highways throughout the United States scaring Americans into thinking that their country could become "like" Greece if they vote for Obama and the Democrats.
A shadowy group in Nebraska called Rock N Roll LLC put up a billboard in Omaha, Nebraska that asks "Want to be like Greece? Vote Democrat." Not much is known about the group, other than its use of angry messaging on billboards targeting those they oppose.
American Principles PAC, a Miami-based political action committee that is vehemently anti-Obama has kicked off its new media campaign, showing recent riots in Greece on the one side and an anti-Obama message on the other.
The first billboard has appeared on the I-95 highway in South Florida near Miami and Fort Lauderdale.
