Greek negotiators are in for a difficult day in Brussels as eurozone finance ministers meet for a second consecutive day and thousands of Greeks face uncertainty at home. One American astronaut sent his intergalactic greetings from high above the earth and thousands of miles away.
Scott Kelly is the commander at the International Space Station and must be connected to news and happenings from space. This morning, at about 7am EST he shared his care and concern for Greece to have a great day. While he was tweeting, he threw in a photo of Athens from space– probably for good measure.
#Athens, #Greece, #GoodMorning from @Space_Station. Wishing you the best. #YearInSpace pic.twitter.com/zAMEz5JvlW
