With summer around the corner in North America and rising temperatures, we focus our meals more outdoors and include fresh melons and fruits that are in season.
Lift your guests’ spirits a bit with this great twist to your traditional melon ball salad.
3/4 cup Honeydew, cantaloupe and watermelon scooped with melon baller
1 1/2 oz ouzo
Add the melon balls to a glass and pour ouzo over.
Allow to sit at least 15 minutes, or longer if desired.
To serve, top with fresh mint.
