The hugs and kisses between Angel Merkel and Italian prime minister Matteo Renzi may not be lasting much longer as yet another nation takes an official position in the debt crisis that has gripped the continent.
Alberto Nardelli, a Guardian editor and blogger covering the Brussels meetings of the eurogroup is reporting that Italy’s prime minister Matteo Renzi will tell Germany “enough is enough”, adding that it’s time to “stop humiliating Greece” and time to find a deal and common ground that is good for the European Union.”
Hearing Italy to tell Germany: "enough is enough" – we need to stop humiliating Greece, and find a deal and common ground for good of EU

Nardelli claims that Renzi will insist that chancellor Angela Merkel finds an agreement, for the good of the European Union.

Go home and take your CAPITALIZED text with you.
Stupid comments like this doesn’t help anyone except those who are throwing fuel to the fire.
Well said Luis, this is what I have been saying all along. I wish the Greek government would contact me so that we could turn the tide.
One of the best suggestions I have heard so far. Also include Cyprus and Malta in that mix. It has to be realised that these countries, are not like Germany in any way, shape or form. I’d also add that culturally, France is more similar to the mediterranean countries than Germany.
HA HA! You mean something like the Latin Monetary Union was? Greece was expelled from the union in 1908 for debasing the currency by decreasing the amount of gold in their coins because of their weak economy. Some things never change…
Cyprus will not support Greece. They said this during the week. Cyprus should be supporting Greece. Heck Greeks were willing to put their lives on the line if they were needed for war when Cyprus was occupied. We have helped them many times and this is how they repay us back.
The Cypriots always think they better then the Greeks … That’s why I cannot stand them …
Vlammeni!! Xazokariola
It seems like we into generalising Rory! I would therefore say that you are incapable of any logical arguments
I wish he had said that even earlier, when Greece itself was humiliating itself.. 🙁
No one knows what’s in store for Europe if Greece exits. However everyone knows what awaits Greece if it stays in the EU: total dependence, dept, unbearable austerity and humiliation. I say leave! God be with you Greece!
