Gregory C. Pappas, publisher of The Pappas Post and known for publishing, storytelling, cultural commentary, and having produced award-winning films—has officially added children’s coloring book creator to his already jam-packed creative résumé.
His latest creation, “Kostas the Kalikantzaros: Coloring Book Pages,” is now available as a digital file containing 36 pages that can be printed on any home computer and shared with children as single sheets to color and learn.
The coloring book pages are available here and marking Gregory Pappas’ first foray into children’s publishing and bringing one of Greece’s most mischievous Christmas characters to life in a completely new way.
The coloring book follows Kostas, a lovable kalikantzaros inspired by Greek folklore’s famous holiday goblins, as he travels the world causing harmless mayhem, learning lessons, and discovering traditions along the way. E
very page is illustrated in a fun, whimsical style designed for kids—but unmistakably rooted in the Greek storytelling DNA Pappas has championed for years.
This isn’t just a coloring book; it’s a cultural bridge. Pappas created Kostas to introduce younger generations to Greek holiday traditions in a playful, accessible format—one that invites children (and nostalgic adults) to celebrate, learn, and create.
The book is now available for digital download here.
A new chapter—quite literally—has begun.
